If you have a small business you should be blogging!

Search engines love content, new and unique content specifically. The easiest way for you to get some love from the search engines is to make new content. Preferably this should be done on your own domain but if you don’t have a company domain you can use a variety of free blogging services, here are a few for you to use…

• blogger
• wordpress
• live journal

I would definitely recommend getting your own domain, it’s a tiny bit more expensive than free, but not much. Figure $10 a year for the domain and a few bucks per month on hosting. It will give you much more control over your site and most importantly YOU will own it, not Google or WordPress, or whoever you decide to use for your free blog hosting.
