Removing the Untiled Project links worked.

So it turns out that probably was the thing that was hurting napleswebdesign.net’s rank for the search term “naples web design”. The thing is, the UP wordpress theme had links pointing to untitledproject built into it. So not only did I have to edit all my older posts to remove links, I had to remove the theme itself and now I’m stuck with the default wordpress theme which kind of sucks.

I’ll add another theme soon but I don’t know if it will be custom or just a publically available one. I’, also waiting for fortmyerswebdesign.org to snap out of it’s bad streak as well. I did the same thing with that site as I did with this, so now it’s just a waiting game. I’m happy to be back at #2 though. I know #1 is coming, it’s not a matter of if but when.
