When do most people come back to work?

I figure most white collar jobs probably have off until next Monday, yes? I’m just thinking out loud about when the traffic will go back to normal level. I can clearly see a decrease in traffic across all sites I own and run, adsense as well. From huge 50,000 UV a day sites to small 200 UV sites, it all dropped about 5 days before Christmas.

We’re still hunting for those two search terms “Naples Web Design” and “Fort Myers Web Design”, it appears Google is going to force me to wait it out. Sometimes you get lucky and Google will let you slide right in for a term, other times she makes you wait it out. I suspect the main reason I have to wait is because of the niche, it’s notorisly competitive.

Speaking of competitive, I noticed we are holding #1-8 on Google for “Naples SEO” which is kind of funny, clearly this local niche is super weak. I was flirting with taking #1-10 but I’m quickly losing interest in doing that for no other reason than there is no competition, it’s not even anything I can really be proud of so what’s the point. I’m pretty sure we won’t see any extra traffic by getting #9 and #10 anyway.
